Tom Temple
Tom Temple, 63, of St. Augustine, Fla.,son of Joan Maguire Lewis and David Temple, passed away from complications of dementia on Saturday, January 5, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Gainesville, Fla. on June 19, 1955 he grew up in Green Cove Springs and spent summers on Vilano Beach. Tom received his AA degree from the University of Florida. While there he was a walk on for the Gator Football team. He went on to earn his BA at The University of Colorado, Boulder. He lived in L.A. for a period of time after college, then moved to New York where he started out as an actor and model.  He then became a banquet captain at such prestigious establishments as Tavern On The Green, New York City Ballet and The Mayfair Regent Hotel. However, he was most proud of realizing his dream of becoming a published poet. Tom was also employed by Windows on the World in the World Trade Center on the 107th floor of tower 1. On 9/11 he was on his way to work when the towers fell. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Elaina Temple, his nine year old son Alex Temple, his sister, Laurie Nickels, and his brother Clifton Temple. He is also survived by his half-brothers David Temple, and Graham Temple, and his step brothers and sister, John Johnson, Joe Lewis and Peggy Lewis. Flowers or donations are gratefully accepted.  Donations may be made to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration: A celebration of life was held 3 p.m. on Friday January 11 at Craig Funeral Home. Craig Funeral Home Crematory Memorial Park was in charge of arrangements.

‘Bobbie’ Henneman

Barbara Joan “Bobbie” Henneman, 79,
of Keystone Heights, passed away on her birthday on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at her home following an extended illness. Born in Rockford, Illinois, she resided in Keystone Heights since 2011 moving there from Hawthorne. Bobbie served honorably in the U.S. Air Force and later worked 13 years as the office manager for Your space on the Lake Mini Storage in Hawthorne. In her leisure time, Bobbi enjoyed crafts, gardening, baking and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Eugene Henneman, a daughter, Laureen Marie Chessel, a brother, Sonny Chessel and a sister, Sandy Atkinson.
Bobbi is survived by a daughter, Lisabeth Anne Knapp of Green Cove Springs, a son, Bradley Michael Knapp of Keystone Heights, 7 grandchildren, Robert Chessel (Hope), Sandi Jane Henneman, Heather Knapp, April Knapp, Lauribeth Hoffmeister, Timothy Davis and Philip Knapp, 4 great-grandchildren, Chase Chessel, Zyriah Southerland, Ailynn DeJesus, David Pickett and expecting soon her namesake, baby Emberley Joan Chessel.
Memorial services for Bobbi were held Saturday, January 12, 2018 at Johnson-Overturf Chapel in Palatka with Bro. Ricky Bybee officiating.
The family recieved friends from 4 p.m. until the time of services at 5 p.m.. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent to Have Hospice Roberts Care Center, 6400 St. Johns Ave., Palatka, Fla. 32177. Born July-5-1971. Passed away January-12-2019. Tommie is survived by her husband; Scott Leslie, Daughters; Heather and Ashley Jeffers, Grandchildren; Kadiance and Isaac Pearson. She also leaves behind her mother and father; Mickie and Jimmy Taylor, Brother; Tommy Taylor, Sisters; Kimberly, Melissa, Joni, and Tammy and many nieces and nephews.
