Thomas Viens makes Missouri Valley College’s Deans List

MARSHALL, Mo. – Dr. Diane Bartholomew, vice president of academic affairs for Missouri Valley College, has announced Thomas Veins of Green Cove Springs made the Dean’s List.
The requirements for the Dean’s List are a 3.3 or higher grade point average; at least 12 graded hours for the semester and no “D,” “F,” or “Incomplete” grades for the semester. Known for its dynamic, richly diverse, and friendly educational environment, Missouri Valley College offers many opportunities to grow in mind, body, and spirit. Grounded in the liberal arts, undergraduate studies empower students to master interdisciplinary skills needed to succeed in a knowledge-based global society.

Local students named to Columbia College Fall 2021 Semester dean’s list 
COLUMBIA, Missouri - Columbia College recently announced its dean’s list for the Fall 2021 Semester (August-December, 2021.) To be named to the dean’s list, a student must have completed 12 semester hours in a 16-week period and achieved a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0-point scale. Founded in 1851 in Columbia, Missouri, Columbia College has been helping students advance their lives through higher education for more than 170 years. As a private, nonprofit institution, the college takes pride in its small classes, experienced faculty and quality educational programs. With nearly 40 locations across the country, including 20 on military installations, students may enroll in day, evening or online classes. The college is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. Columbia College has more than 95,000 alumni worldwide.

UMGC Students Named to Dean’s List
ADELPHI, MD – The following local students were named to the Dean’s List for the fall term at University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC). To be eligible for the honor, a student must complete at least six credits during the term, earned a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the term, and maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 at UMGC.
