CLAY COUNTY AGRICULTURAL FAIR continues until April 14. Don't miss the "world's greatest county fair" while it's in town. 

The Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, April 11 at 10 a.m. in the Planning Department Conference Room, Third Floor of the Administration Building, 477 Houston St., Green Cove Springs.

Book Launch Party will exhibit “Mulch Toad Hits The Road,” a children’s book about a little lovable toad, by Mikaeli Coleman on April 13 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at 550 S Lawrence Blvd, Keystone Heights 

Clarke House monthly open house with the Historical Society of Orange Park will be on Sunday, April 14, from 2-4 p.m.

A Night At The Opera, Plus Musical Theatre will be presented by the Penney Memorial Church Commemorative Programs Series on Sunday, April 14, at 7 p.m. at 4465 Poling Blvd. in Penney Farms. Venue and parking are free.

Orange Park Town Council will meet at the town hall on April 16 at 7 p.m.

Green Cove Springs City Council will meet at the city hall on April 16 at 7 p.m.

The Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, April 18, at 10 a.m. in the Planning Department Conference Room, Third Floor of the Administration Building, 477 Houston St., Green Cove Springs.

Katt Williams: The Dark Matter Tour will be at the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena on April 19 on April 19 at 8 p.m.

Free Sports Physical Day for student-athletes will be at the Orange Park High cafeteria on April 20 from 8-9:30 a.m. for Orange Park, Clay and Middleburg high athletes and from 9:30-11 a.m. for Oakleaf, Fleming Island, Keystone Heights and Ridgeview High. Junior high athletes from their high school zones are welcome.

Impact Clay Train will begin another triple stop through the county, starting back again at Keystone Junior/Senior High on April 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Middleburg Spring Festival, featuring car show, live music, food and crafts vendors, petting zoo and bounce house, will be on April 20 along Palmetto Street from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

Earth Day Black Creek ECO-Fest Tours/Clean-Up is April 20 at Camp Chowenwaw from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Seamark Mudrun is April 20 at Seamark Ranch from 6:30-11:30 a.m.

Whitey’s Fish Camp Ribs and Sides Cookoff 2024 is April 21 at 4 p.m.

Mike Roess Gold Head Branch State Park 85th Birthday celebration will be April 21 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. with cake-cutting at 1 p.m. at Recreation Hall.

The Board of County Commissioners will meet on Tuesday, April 23, at 4 p.m. on the Third Floor of the Administration Building, 477 Houston St., Green Cove Springs. The BCC meets monthly on the second and fourth Tuesday.

Clay County District Elementary Math Field Day: will be on April 27 from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at Fleming Island High, 2233 Village Square Pkwy.

The Kitchen of Clay County: will provide free meals on April 27 at the Orange Park Senior Center, 414 Stowe St., Sacred Heart Mission Church Branch, 207 Palmetto St., in Green Cove Springs and Black Creek Methodist Church, 3925 Main St., in Middleburg (drive-through), from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. All are welcome.

Wreaths Across America mobile education exhibit visits Fleming Island on Friday, April 26 at 2 p.m.

Needtobreathe: The Caves World Tour with Judah and The Lion will play at Daily’s Place on April 28 at 7 p.m.

Orange Park Town Council will meet at the town hall on April 30 at 7 p.m. The town council meets monthly on the first and second Tuesday.

Free Health Services will be provided by Comprehensive Health Center of Orlando and Clay County Fire Rescue’s Community Paramedicine Program on May 2 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Paramedicine Office at 2110 Blanding Blvd, Suite 8, in the Grande Ole Plaza in Middleburg. Residents can get free rapid testing and treatment, free health care insurance (must meet qualifications) and giveaways

Luke Combs’ Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old Tour will be at EverBank Stadium on May 3 at 5:45 p.m. with Jinks, Charles Wesley Godwin, Hailey Whitters and The Wilder Blue.

Food Truck Friday rolls up to Spring Park in Green Cove Springs on the first Friday of each month at Spring Park. It will return on May 3 from 5-9 p.m.

Fleming Island Saturday Market will be on May 4 at Village Square Shopping Center from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

Keystone Heights City Council will meet at City Hall on May 6 at 555 S Lawrence Blvd. at 6 p.m. The city council meets monthly on the first Monday. 

Historical Society of Orange Park will have its last quarterly meeting on Monday, May 6, at the Orange Park Library at 5:30 p.m.

We Them One’s Comedy will be at the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena on May 5 at 7 p.m.

The BCC Budget Workshop will be held Tuesday, May 7, at the Spotlight Center at 1809 East West Pkwy, Fleming Island, from 8-5 p.m.
