Perfect weather and the first weekend day were the perfect combination for a busy day of excitement, entertainment, agriculture education and fun at the Clay County Agricultural Fair. It was also the annual Sunflower Hours for people with visible and non-visible sensory issues. Perfect conditions are expected again on Sunday. The gates open at 10 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. Four-time CMA Female Vocalist of the Year Martina McBride is the featured artist at the Cattleman's Arena at 7 p.m., with opening act Jess Kellie Adams.
