NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2024, and the Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, entered June 25, 2024, in the above-styled action, the clerk of court, Tara S. Green, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at https://clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on July 31, 2024, the following described property in Clay County, Florida:
Lot 23, GRANARY PARK PHASE 1, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 65, Pages 41 through 66, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
