Final Judgment was awarded on July 1, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2023 CA 001362, of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein, PNC BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and RUTH ASH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUTH ASH; PNC BANK, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BBVA USA, AS SUCCESSOR BY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
