NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION CLOSING A ROAD

The Board of County Commissioners (the Board) of Clay County, Florida, has received a petition (the Petition) filed pursuant to Sections 336.09 and 336.10, Florida Statutes, on behalf of Troy Anderson, to close a portion of a certain public roadway hereinafter described. In accordance with the Petition, the Board held a public hearing on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, and thereafter adopted a resolution pursuant to Section 336.10, Florida Statutes, closing, vacating and abandoning said portion of the public road, said portion being more particularly described as follows:
All that part of Seminole Avenue according to the plat of Fellowship Park recorded in the Public Records of Clay County, Florida in Plat Book 2, Page 61, lying north of Middleburg Avenue and south of the portion of Seminole Avenue that was vacated in Resolution as recorded in Official Records Book 4421, Page 570 of the Public Records of said county.
