Man, 57, accused of molesting 9-year-old girl staying at his house
MIDDLEBURG – A 57-year-old man was accused on Jan. 5 of molesting a 9-year-old girl who was living at his house.
According to the heavily redacted arrest report, Damon Eric Bynum, of Middleburg, allowed a woman and the child to live at his house for the last three months. During that time, the woman and Clay County Sheriff’s Office believed Bynum molested and sexually abused the girl.
Judge Ray Forbess set Bynum’s bond at $200,006. Bynum will return to court on Feb. 6.
