Logic and Accuracy test planned ahead of presidential primary


GREEN COVE SPRINGS – The public is invited to observe the Logic and Accuracy Test for the presidential primary.

According to Clay County Supervisor of Elections Chris Chambless, the test will be hold on Feb. 28 at 9 a.m. at the elections office, 500 N. Orange Ave., in Green Cove Springs.

Logic and Accuracy testing is conducted prior to every election, as required by Florida law. Test ballots are processed through the tabulation equipment to certify it’s accurately counting and recording votes. The process is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
