This is Notification that ElderSource, the Area Agency on Aging for Northeast Florida, has established they are open for competitive bid in the Title IIIE- Family Caregiver Support Services Program under the Older American Act for 2025-2030 in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns and Volusia counties. A competitive bid is open for Title IIIB-Supportive Services and Title C1-Congregate Nutrition Services for Duval County only.
