KEYSTONE HEIGHTS – A man was arrested on Jan. 4 after the Clay County Sheriff’s Office responded to a pair of break-in calls shortly after 9 p.m.
Kyle Matthew Gibbs, 26, of Keystone Heights, was charged with burglary after deputies found the front door of the Right Path Behavioral Health Services kicked. Moments later, they were called to the Keystone Heights Library after someone threw a cinder block at the front door. CCSO deployed K-9 Koda and Gibbs was apprehended. When caught, Gibbs said he was “Dauphadile Harier,” but other deputies recognized him from previous encounters. Gibbs’s bond is $50,003.
