GREEN COVE SPRINGS – Brian Johnson, previously seen in Clamour's "ZONA," "THE GHOST OF GREENBRIER" and "CABARET & CABERNET," will take on the role of Green Cove Spring's own Dr. Joseph Applegate in a special performance at the Village Improvement Association the evening of May 16.

Originally written for the River Park Inn's 20th Anniversary celebrations, "PASSING THE BATON" has proven to be a popular and painless way to learn local history.

A fitting event since May is Clay County History Month, come on out to hear Dr. Applegate talk about running the Clarendon Hotel from 1871 to 1900.
