Timothy Travis Perry, of Middleburg, was wanted for violating the conditions of his probation after he failed to report to this probation officer, pay $40 a month for supervision, moving from his home on Chinchilla Court without consent from his probation officer, failing a direct order to appear to the probation office, pay $798.72 in court costs and failing to attend a drug treatment program.
He was on probation after pleading guilty to disorderly intoxication, possession of fentanyl and resisting law enforcement on Dec. 10, 2022, in Orange Park.
When deputies arrived to arrest him on Dec. 12 for probation violations, they found him with fentanyl powder and liquid, two spoons, four needles, a broken glass pipe and a blue straw.
His new bond was set at $50,011.
