GREEN COVE SPRINGS – A 45-year-old man was being held on a $750,024 bond after the Clay County Sheriff’s Office said it made at least four controlled purchases of methamphetamine in January and March.

Jason Patrick Hall, of Green Cove Springs, was charged with three counts of trafficking methamphetamine, one count of selling the drug and four counts of using his cellphone to facilitate a felony to set up deals with someone working with the sheriff’s office.

According to three of four arrest reports, the purchases were on Jan. 9 and 12 and March 6.

Hall’s next court appearance will be on April 8.
