Participants learn balance skills, good body alignment, and coordinated fluid movements to increase flexibility and strength, reduce falls and improve fitness. Must be 60 years and up to join. DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE: Meets Nov. 15 and Nov. 29 at 10 a.m. in the Zoning Department Conference Room, third floor of the Administration Building, 477 Houston St., Green Cove Springs. Open to the public.

TDC PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUBCOMMITTEE: Meets Nov. 16 at 8:30 a.m., in the Thrasher-Horne Center Conference Room, 283 College Dr., Orange Park. The meeting is open to the public.

BINGO NIGHT: To benefit Waste Not Want Not food gleaning nonprofit. Third Tuesday each month, Talons Restaurant, Eagle Harbor on Fleming Island. PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBIT: “Gideon Mendel: Drowning World” runs through Dec. 9 at the MOCA, Museum of Contemporary Art in downtown Jacksonville. The exhibit features photographs of Clay County residents whose homes were destroyed by the flooding on Black Creek during Hurricane Irma.

WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA: Keystone Heights City Cemetery, State Road 100, Dec. 15 at Noon. Families will lay wreaths on gravesites of beloved family members who served in America’s Armed Forces as a reminder they are thinking of them during the holidays.
