VVA MONTHLY MEETING: Vietnam Veterans of America Col. William G. Byrns Chapter 1059 in Clay County meets Feb. 4 at 11 a.m. at the American Legion Post 250, 3939 County Rd. 218, Middleburg. The VVA meets the first Saturday of each month.

Kids get to interact with response vehicles, heavy equipment and other unique vehicles and a hazard preparedness event for families and children. The first two hours of the event will be horn and noise free to accommodate children and/or adults with special needs.
