GREEN COVE SPRINGS—Pizza Hut at Magnolia Layne served its last slice of pie Tuesday as the corporation continues to downsize its operation to only serve takeouts and deliveries. According to the company’s website, “a limited number of U.S. locations will close.” The initial focus will be sit-down restaurants. It’s unclear if the current restaurant will be remodeled to a smaller takeout/delivery store or if Pizza Hut has plans to relocate elsewhere in the city.
