Panthers' Cheers heading to Nationals

The Ridgeview High cheerleaders show off their first place trophy from the UCA Central Florida regional championships held in Tampa on December 7.
Ridgeview, under coach Aimee Stutz, won the Small Varsity Coed Non-Tumble division and will advance to the national championships to be held Feb. 7,8,9 in Disney World in Orlando.
On the team are, front, Anabelle Polk; second row, Emma Huff, Sierra Plourcle, Sam Ostrander, Leah Beasley; back row, Katie Sundy, Mayah McCall, Casandra Rodgers, Morgan Mahoney,
Spencer Calise and Joshua Burton.
Also in the competition were Lake Asbury Junior High winning the small junior high and game day junior varsity, Green Cove Springs winning the large junior high, Ridgeview High winning the junior varsity non-tumble, Fleming Island High winning the junior varsity co-ed, Fleming Island winning the medium varsity coed and Oakleaf, fourth in Super varsity. All varsity winners won national meet bids with Oakleaf getting a bid in super varsity.
