Palagio Living Center first look reveals a palace of beauty for soon-to-be residents
On a recent tour of Palagio Senior Living, “The Palace” on Kingsley Avenue in Orange Park, a clear picture of beauty and elegance was revealed.
Three floors include 5 variations of apartment styles from studio to two bedroom for independent and assisted living and 2 studio suite styles in Evergreen, the memory care neighborhood. While construction is not completed, the beauty in design, construction, material choices and the fabulous resort like feel will provide the residents who choose this remarkable community is evident .
You can see the incredible layout of the grand entrance and multiple dining choices including Cool Beans Café for quick eats, a large upscale dining room and an alcove with barrel ceilings for an al fresco feel.
The large outdoor courtyard, fitness gym, rehabilitation area, beauty and barber salons as well as a spa are all great added value. The third floor pub-style Red, White and Brew and second floor multi-purpose room are a sight to behold. Executive Director, Tracy Underwood says, “
