Wanda Willis Martin
Wanda Willis Martin, 73 of Middleburg, Florida passed away on August 11, 2021. She was born in St. Augustine, Florida on June 8, 1948 to Edmond Richard Willis and Lettie Lee Irene Pope.
Wanda moved to Green Cove Springs with her family, where she attended and graduated from Clay High School, this is also where she met her husband of 50 years, William “Ed” Martin. Together Wanda and Ed had two daughters, Rebecca and Kimberley. Wanda was a loving and caring homemaker, wife, mother and Giggy to her grandchildren. Her family was her everything.
Wanda was also a devoted member of First Baptist Jacksonville. She joyfully served the Mandarin Ladies Sunday School class, often planning and decorating for gatherings, and events for her class and through out the church. Wanda lived a selfless life taking care of her family and serving others.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Edmond Willis, Lettie Pope Willis; brother, Frances “Leon: Willis; and sister, Gladys “Juanita” Pascak and brother in-law, Frank Pascak. She is survived by her loving husband, William “Ed” Edward Martin; daughters, Rebecca M. Braeckel (Douglas), and Kimberley S. Farnsworth (Jeremy); Grandchildren, Taylour Farnsworth, Hallè Farnsworth and Preston Farnsworth; brothers, Edmond “Sonny” Willis (Mary), Carlton Willis (Gayle), Richard Willis (Barb), Walter “Kenny” Willis (Delama), Vernon Willis, and Ronny Willis (Hattie) and sister-in-law, Delcie Willis.
Services were held at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, August 14, 2021 in the Russell Haven of Rest chapel with Dr. John Sullivan officiating. Burial following service in Russell Have of Rest Cemetery. Visitation with the family was at 2:15 p.m.

Bonnie Elner Lambert Beeson
Funeral service for Bonnie Elner Lambert Beeson will be 2 p.m., Friday, August 20, at Riverwood Family, with interment in Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery. Visitation is from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service.
Ms. Beeson, 88, of Brookhaven, passed away August 14, 2021, in Brookhaven, MS. She was born in Brookhaven July 31, 1933, to Elmer Napleon Lambert and Lillie Bell Hampton Lambert.
She was a member of Pleasant Grove Church. She was also a member of VFW, Moose Lodge, and Orange Park Medical Center Auxiliary Volunteers. She worked 25 plus years as Loan Officer with Vystar Credit Union, (formerly Jax Navy C.U.)
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Donald Lambert, and Connie Lambert; and her former spouse, Charles B. Beeson.
She is survived by her son, Charles “Randy” Beeson (Annette); daughters, Cathy Beeson Bridge (Kim), and Vicki Beeson Kelly (John); sisters, Nonnie Crawford, Donnis Holmes; six grandchildren, Joe Kelly, Kristy Perry, Tyler Bridge, Jeff Kelly, Nick Bridge, and Stephanie Beeson. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, one great, great grandchild and one sister-in-law, Esta Lambert.

William Spencer Miller
 William “Spencer” Miller, Jr., age 54, of Middleburg, Florida passed away on August 3, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on July 31, 1967 to Joyce and William Spencer Miller, Sr. Spencer was raised in Jacksonville and graduated from Ed White High School in 1985. Following graduation, Spencer worked for a few years before joining the United States Army where he proudly served 4 years. After his honorable discharge, he continued his longtime career as a Certified Arborist. During that time he attended Florida State College of Jacksonville and earned his bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Management. Spencer enjoyed his work and had recently started his own company, MTC Services. Spencer could be described by family and friends as a man who would help anyone in need. He was knowledgeable in many areas and was more than willing to pass on what he had learned throughout the years by training and teaching others. Spencer also enjoyed being an active father. He regularly volunteered to coach his children’s sports teams. His favorite sport was football, and his favorite teams were the Miami Dolphins and the Florida Gators. Spencer was an avid football fan who found this love at a early age and even played throughout his adolescent years. More than anything, Spencer was a family man who loved his family dearly. He enjoyed any and all family activities along with spending precious time with all those he loved. Spencer was truly an amazing man who will be greatly missed.
Spencer is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Mary Louise Brown Miller of Middleburg, FL; children, Taylor Louise Miller and William “Cody” Miller of Middleburg, FL; father, William Spencer Miller, Sr. of Ocala, FL; mother, Joyce Redding of Lake City, FL; brother, Edward “Ed” (Ericka) Miller of Washington; parents-in-law, Marilyn and Charlie Brown of Jacksonville, FL; brother-in-law, Rick Brown of Jacksonville, FL; along with many extended family members and friends.
A Celebration of Spencer’s Life was held on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 6:00 pm at Ferreira Funeral Services Chaffee Road Chapel. The family received friends on Monday from 5:00 – 6:00 pm at the funeral home. A Graveside Service were held on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 10:00 am at Jacksonville National Cemetery where military honors were rendered.
