She was a life member of the Salt Springs VFW Auxiliary 10208 and AmVets 1208, Salt Springs Ya-Ya Sisters and Civic Association. She was also a member of the Palatka Moose Lodge. Over the years Jaye enjoyed spending time when she could with her grandchildren and working in the kitchen with her Yaya sisters, Jackie, Linda, Kathy and Loretta.
She was an avid Seminoles fan and loved cheering her team on, watching and attending games. She also enjoyed working in her yard and watching the wildlife, fishing, boating, tinkering at Garage Sales and shopping on QVC.
