GREEN COVE SPRINGS – Baxter & Woodman, Inc. announced the acquisition of Florida-based engineering firm Tocoi Engineering, expanding its presence in Florida to include four locations. Engineering will operate as Tocoi Engineering, a Baxter & Woodman company, including its location at 714 N. Orange Ave.
