GREEN COVE SPRINGS – Green Cove Springs Police Department Cmdr. E.J. Guzman wears his emotions under his sleeve. The office has a large tattoo on his right arm depicting the New York City skyline, including both towers of the World Trade Center, before the Sept. 9, 2001 attacks. The patriotic graphic that covers most of his arm blends into the U.S. flag that he proudly displays.
