GREEN COVE SPRINGS – A man already under house arrest for selling methamphetamine and oxycodone a year ago was arrested on June 5 after the Green Cove Springs Police Department and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration found cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia at his house on North Cypress Avenue.
Robert Vashon Johnson Jr., 48, was charged with trafficking cocaine within 1,000 feet of the First African Presbyterian Church, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Agents recovered 213 grams of cocaine – any amount greater than 28 grams constitutes trafficking in Florida – and 1,591.5 grams of marijuana.
Judge Raymond Forbess Jr. set Johnson’s bond at $205,008.
