PONTE VEDRA BEACH – A specialized commercial lender in Ponte Vedra Beach is helping a Green Cove Springs wedding venue improve its amenities by way of a new $1.4 million loan.
North Avenue Capital assisted Twelve Oaks Farm LLC in securing a USDA Rural Development Business & Industry loan to helped repurpose the 42-acre horse farm into a premier wedding and private event venue. With its natural setting, The Manor at 12 Oaks Farm offers a lake, a bridal suite, groom’s quarters, horses, a stone terrace and parking for up to 300 guests. Located near such cities as Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Gainesville, Daytona and Ocala, the newly-renovated venue is already hosting and accepting bookings for private parties, corporate gatherings and weddings.
The Manor came out of the recognition of a lack of affordable event options for residents of North Florida. NAC Owner Steve Magiera, was eager to transition out of corporate life and follow his dream to start his own business.
“I found NAC in 2017 as traditional lending options weren’t going to meet the unique requirements of this project,” said Magiera. He said NAC and the loan provides the structure and stability needed to see his vision become a reality.
According to NAC CEO Ben Chatraw, The Manor is a great example of rural businesses struggling to secure financing.
“Not only will The Manor create lasting memories for their guests, but they will contribute greatly to job and revenue growth for Clay County,” Chatraw said.
The Manor offers a menu of services from wedding planning to catering, floral design and photography. Whether guests choose to use The Manor’s partners to create a full-service package or bring their own personal touch to their special day, Magiera said The Manor provides multiple indoor and outdoor settings for ceremonies, meetings, dining, dancing and photos nearly year-round.
“The Manor prides itself in giving guests, whether bride and groom, family and friends, or business leaders, exclusive access to the grounds for a memorable day,” Magiera said.
a one-of-a-kind celebration. Located in Green Cove Springs, The Manor is within 80 miles of 2.3 million Northeast Florida residents, ideal for weddings and events hosting up to 300 guests. Visit the website at https://themanor12oaks.com.
