The City of Jacksonville is reviewing proposed site plans for a gas station and car wash on 1.83 acres, with the out parcels ranging from .99 acres to 1.48 acres.
Walmart estimates the cost to be $18.5 million, and the size of the Supercenter will be 175,360 square feet with 778 parking spots.
