PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBIT: “Gideon Mendel: Drowning World” runs through Dec. 9 at the MOCA, Museum of Contemporary Art in downtown Jacksonville. The exhibit features photographs of Clay County residents whose homes were destroyed by the flooding on Black Creek during Hurricane Irma.
