ORANGE PARK – A man who was placed on sex offender probation on Aug. 11, 2011, after pleading guilty to possessing 14 photographs or motion pictures of children performing sexual acts, was re-arrested on Friday, Jan. 31, after his probation officer notified the Florida Department of Corrections it appeared he viewed pornographic material on his cellphone.
Victor Lamar Massey, now 63, remains in the Clay County Jail without bond after the probation officer said a search of the cellphone revealed Massey viewed porn on Jan. 28. As a registered sexual predator, Massey is prohibited from looking at pornography.
