Ameris Bank makes investments into Clay charities

Clay County’s Ameris Bank recently collected 16,193 food items to benefit local food banks for the holidays. The bank also gave checks to several local charities, including one to Quigley House. Susan Atwell, CEO of Quigley House, left, accepts a check from Tyra Nelson, Ameris Bank branch manager. Quigley is Clay County’s only Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault shelter. Middleburg United Methodist Church, Green Cove Springs Food Bank and Clothes Closet and Food Pantry also received money from the bank.
